Faulty half way through first game

Played tonight with this new racket. Noticed a rattling noise inside and then the strap simply fell off. Racket was ok to play with but for that to open on the first outing - lost all confidence in the quality

So far so good!

Easy to use / belies the name

Context - adult older male, experienced squash and racketball player, started padel last summer. I tried a few racquets of various weight and balance and found this suited me best. It helped my technique as I was inclined to use too much wrist. It has a lovely satisfying contact that gives me plenty of control and has helped with accuracy and power. Gets loads of spin too. Despite the name, this is not a hard, heavy power racquet, it’s really not a beast at all. But who wouldn’t want a racquet called ‘Beast’? Overall, it’s classy and easy to get on with.
